I know I said I will post how to withdraw PayPal money even if you don't have bank account but I'm still waiting for something (an approval) so I can do things without hassle.
Meantime, I think this is a very useful post...getting a US post address for free.
Yes, it really exists, and legally.
What's it for?
If you're a frequent mover, it's like a PO Box but much, much better.
You can have all your deliveries to a real US address and they deliver the items to you, of course with courier charge, but cheaper still than normal courier service. If you move to another address, just change your info online.
Having a real US address, your online business is much, much better...especially with PayPal. ;)
International Parcel Service
Now you can do offers limited to US but beware. Limit yourself to taking offers such as free stuff delivered to you...unless you really want to have it delivered to your home address...then you have to pay for the courier charge.
Also, limit yourself to opportunities that pay other than cheque. Alertpay, PayPal, e-Gold, Moneybooker, etc. will be ok.

sure is. it's a courier company. it's like having a PO Box but having an actual address instead.
